WELCOME!

You are here because you really want to establish a regular yoga habit. Maybe you’ve done yoga in the past and it felt really good in your body and mind. Maybe a trusted health practitioner or friend suggested you try yoga.

But you’re exhausted.

Maybe you’re juggling family, and/or career, and/or chronic illness. Maybe you’ve hit perimenopause or menopause and you’re surprised to find that the activities that used to energize you are now depleting you. Whatever it is, you don’t have the energy for a yoga practice…you can barely manage your current responsibilities.

And, I know, you don’t think you’re a perfectionist, so this probably isn’t for you.

But that’s just what a perfectionist would say! We don’t often identify as perfectionists, because we don’t actually do anything perfect, and so we’re always a little disappointed in ourselves. Perfectionists set really high standards for themselves and then, when they inevitably don’t meet them, they might just quit trying. Maybe that’s what happened with you and yoga.

I made this guide for YOU!

The “Here’s the plan” image shows you what is included in the guide. (Links are clickable in the guide, but not on this image.) I provide all the info you need to figure out why it’s so dang hard to create a yoga habit, where to find the time, how to set a realistic goal, and some free resources to get you started! There’s no better time than RIGHT NOW to start your yoga habit!

“I thought I was too busy to find time to do yoga until I used the activity tracker. I was surprised to see there are pockets of time throughout the day when I can fit a short yoga practice in. It’s great to do something that recharges me instead of depletes me in the afternoon. Thanks for helping me realize this!”
