Homecoming is a pilgrimage back to yourself
Homecoming practices make living in the ever-changing body that you have in this ever-changing world more easeful. Homecoming practices remind you of your wholeness while reconnecting you to body, mind, and spirit.
How we do it:
Gentle, breath-centered movement
Release tension in the body, increase strength, flexibility and balance while regulating your nervous system to decrease pain and anxiety. All practices are taught by a certified yoga therapist, trained in working with folks with chronic health conditions as well as those living in aging bodies.
Stillness
Restorative yoga and guided meditation practices help quiet and focus the mind, easing anxiety and pain.
Contemplation
Opportunities for contemplations encourage you to tap into your own inner voice of wisdom, improving your relationship between body, mind, and spirit and creating clarity on how to best nourish and nurture yourself
Acceptance
Invitations to accept what is present without judgment enable you to live with more ease and and less struggling against the things you can't change.
Encouragement
Get help and encouragement to commit to nourishing and nurturing yourself, in whatever form that takes.
